Yes - you can return your item if it is unworn and still has the original packaging for store credit or exchange.My item did not arrive in time for my event, can I return my item for credit or exchange?.Customers may check their estimated delivery dates via the auspost website here. We can guarantee express orders will be shipped on the same day providing the order is placed before 12pm Sydney time. We cannot guarantee delivery times.Can you guarantee I will receive my item before then? If the order is placed Friday afternoon or the weekend the parcel will be pushed to a priority Monday despatch. Yes ! Orders of ‘in stock’ items placed before 12pm Sydney time will be shipped out the same day.If customers need their in stock items urgently please contact us.If customers order a special order with in stock items, their parcel will be held until all items arrive.Customers will receive tracking once the item has been forwarded with Australia post.Tracking will not be supplied during this period.
